The lobby seems small and it was crowded, however, checking in was easy, comfortable and quick. The staff was very efficient and friendly. Prior to my stay, I spoke with Billy on the phone, I was cracking up laughing at him wee hours in the morning. During my stay i had the pleasure of meeting him on my way in from a concert. Hes a hoot! A very professional funny Guy!

Everything was very pleasant from the room, to the staff and the food. Very convenient to the grocery store, places to eat and the metro.

The first room that was assigned to me the air conditioner, microwave, refrigerator and the iron board was broken. And last, the night manager assigned another guest the same room number that was assigned to me.

When we checked in they gave us a room that was already occupied. We were not given a handicapped room which we had a reservation for. The ice machines were not working on every floor so you had to go to another floor for ice.

The pool was closed, so it would have been nice to know before we got there. We were able to use the Marriott's pool, but it was a block and a half away. Pool wasw finally fixed on the day we were set to checkout. AC wasn't working 1st nite, but maintenance was quick to fix. Was charged twice for parking/valet, and when I called to get it fixed the phone rang and rang for about 4 minutes each time. Tried 4-5 times to call. Finally got someone and they said they would refund. Still waiting on refund. Other than that, it's in a great location, metro and grocery store & popular restaurants nearby. Neighborhood felt safe. The city traffic was really congested and not much of a parking area out front, though, so valet service is somewhat necessary.

Ive stayed at Hilton garden inn before never had any problems my stay this weekend was great i felt like I was there for a week i was not ready to leave but i had to go home to my family its a great hotel. P Anderson Baltimore Maryland.

The property was nice and well kept. Had the Hilton app so had key on phone. Room was alright as mirror loomed damaged and carpet wa coming up.

This hotel has a really low water pressure. Please add 20 more minutes to complete your shower if you have a business meeting right after. There is a grocery store right by but there are many homeless by the store. The grocery store has a own security to deter them. The breakfast in this hotel was a mediocre. The coffee was not good. Very convenient location for who needs to travel by using Amtrak at Union Station. Hotel lobby was so small. The two elevators are quite slow . Except the location, this hotel was very mediocre. The room has a microwave but I never used it. It can be useful. I haven't seen a hotel room has own microwave. The staffs were nice.

The sole reason we booked a room at this hotel was to use the pool. It was closed for “maintenance” reasons, and judging from the state of the rest of the hotel, I’m not surprised. Truly disappointing and exceedingly frustrating.

Goed bed, fijne plek loopafstand van de Metro, ook goed te lopen naar de bezienswaardigheden. Erg jammer dat we tijdens het inchecken pas te horen kregen dat het zwembad gesloten was, vooral omdat we juist dit hotel geboekt hadden vanwege het binnen zwembad. Ontbijtbuffet erg duur voor wat je kan krijgen.
