"We were checking in around 2am and met Grace behind a camera. Grace was rude and the check-in process was horrible asking us to scan ids several times before it worked. They tried to charge for parking and threatened that the car would be damaged if not paid when this was never mentioned when booking that parking was not included. We refused to pay. "Room was in pretty poor shape. Very rundown. Stayed 6 nights and never got maid service. Shower was grimy. Lock was quite temperamental and for a time I was locked out of my room. Staff did not return calls. Wi-Fi was a joke--1bar and pretty much useless. Lots of noise from parking lot and adjoining rooms. Would not recommend."

"The hotel towels were stained and had a weird smell to them. The breakfast also did not have too much variety but was not too bad. Parking was free and it seemed like a very safe area. Also, the shower ran out of hot water very fast and the floors had hair and dirt on it. Other than that, it was a calm place to stay with a cute town surrounding it."
