"I found everything okay the only thing that sort of bothered me was just to check in the park the key situation but I'm new to the phone technology so that's where the problem came in for me but besides that everything else is okay thank you"

"Everything about my stay was great. Convenient parking, clean room, comfy bed and linens and a great breakfast. I would highly recommend it!"

"Great location and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Food was great and they actually had room service. Can't recommend enough."

"There are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed...our tv kept acting up, our toilet nearly overflowed, two drawers would not stay closed, and the ice machine on our floor was out of order all three days. Friendly staff, good breakfast, but a little disappointed since I had stayed here before and chose it because of my good experience back in June."

"Friendly, fast check-in. Nice, spacious room. Very clean and relatively new."

"It was so clean and the staff are very friendly"

"Great and convenient hotel"

"The breakfast was excellent."

"I had a very clean room that was well taken care of. The linens were clean and fresh - plenty of nice thick towels.Housekeeping was there everyday and stocked well. Parking is limited and not as lite as other hotels in the area. My check in experience was average but was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. I got in late and my room was ready. Sadly they were out of warm cookies- I was given a GF chocolate chip cookie which is good to know for those who are GF. Sadly my meal experience...

"The room was clean, I couldn’t find the laundry at first but the gal at the desk said she was new and we’d find it together. I didn’t make to the breakfast bar, but it smelled good on my way by. Air conditioning worked."

"It was a very pleasant experience for us. Beautiful hotel with great amenities. Clean. Very friendly and helpful staff ! We felt it was also a great location, walking distance to most things that you would want to do in Providence."

"I have to say the front desk lady was amazing. Excellent costumer service. Overall was good hotel to stay in. The only negative thing is breakfast, it could have been batter compared to many other hotels I have stayed in."
