"This place is so run down and needs a complete redo in the rooms. There was no Kleenex in room, furniture was sparse and beaten up. The grout in the shower was missing in places and marks on the walls. There was no place to hang our clothes; no closet. No blanket for bed."

Had I been standing in the shower, I can only imagine what kind of injury I would have. The staff did move us to another room, but there was no adjustment to our rate and no other accommodation made. Very disappointing. I will not stay here ever again."
