"Excelente! Apartamento com tudo novo, boa estrutura conforme anunciado, anfitrião muito acessível e prestativo. Vi que alguém reclamou das portas/janelas estarem danificados, mas estão perfeitas! São modelos com vedação dupla contra som e frio e abrem em dois sentidos, horizontal (porta) e vertical (ventilação). Boa localização 10 minutos da estação de trem a pé. Não tenho nada a reclamar e certamente me hospedaria novamente."

"This room is a scam ran by thieves. We booked to stay only to get a message on the day of travel telling us that the room was unavailable and we couldn't stay there. This meant we had to fine alternative accommodation whilst travelling. As the room wasn't available through no fault of our own we thought we would get a refund but these guys refused to pay and held on to our money. Even after many emails and phone calla with hotels.com they kept ignoring us or refusing to pay. They are not decent...

"To start off on a good note, the apartment is ok and spacious the Wi-Fi and tv working. The trouble started when we wanted to park the car, arriving late Friday driving from Denmark, we were anxious to start our vacation. We had received information a picture of the garage belonging to this apartment, but none of the four keys worked. They couldn’t even get into the keyhole, we called the contact number at hotels.com and were redirected to Lux Flats. I explained the situation and a kind man said...
