Not every greeter open the door for the customers when you tried to get in and get out the car. The receptionists are very passive, lack of knowledge about the hotel. The executive room is small. No much western food choices, no cheese, no hot oatmeal, no bananas, salads dressing is Chinesenized, Italian dressing tastes like soy sauce, Omelette tastes like sponge. Bakeries don’t taste freshly made. Overall, if that hotel considers as five star hotel, in my opinion, it is over rated."
