"I will start off with the positive: the room and the beds were clean. The room didn't smell. I was comfortable in the room, itself, though it did have an issue: the TV didn't work; it said "No signal." The remote was full of greasy finger prints and chunks of food were stuck to it. When we first checked in, we had to wait because there was a group of carnival employees who were supposed to have 14 rooms and their reservation couldn't be found. "We chose the large 3 bed room and it was great. Lots of space for the little ones to use in the room. I also liked that there was meat at every breakfast. They also had Dairy free milks available! It would be nice if the breakfast area was a little better. One small table for 4 people is a bit small. The pool was mostly clean, it felt like it is often forgotten by the staff. Hotel was in a good location and was quiet."

"I stayed at the Radisson on Telegraph over the Fourth of July weekend. I want to start by saying the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. The door latch was broken, there were noticeable dents in the ceiling, and the shower door wouldn’t close all the way. There was a lot of seating available in the common area. The staff was quick to respond to any requests and tried to make your stay as comfortable as possible. "Would not let us check in five minutes early. Then only one person to check in a long line of travelers waiting to check in. No hair dryer, Kleenex, coffee pot. Check in CLOSED at 3:00 pm. Never stayed anywhere like this strange “hotel”."

"I was skeptical at first, but my experienced was excellent all throughout. The important for me is cleanliness, it’s a 5 stars. The room and the bathroom is great. No complaint plus for the price is another 5 stars. The staff was very helpful and they do follow up with you throughout your stay to make sure you are satisfied, I will stay here again in a heart beat,"

"They Clean only once every 14 days. Won’t have anyone change your sheets if/when it’s needed you have to take them to the front office to change them out or wash them yourself. The ones on the bed smelled upon arrival and so did the room. Wasn’t sure what to expect and definitely won’t stay again."
