"Great boutique hotel. Has everything you need to have a peaceful vacation. The pool was pretty and the hotel was quiet. The beach area was calm and not overcrowded! There are good restaurants close by or you can eat at Zota. Vanessa and Johanna were great at servicing the bar/lunch area and for breakfast. "

"This hotel is a MUST! I traveled with my 14-month alone. We arrived at 11:30pm with a friendly, smiling face and tons of help for luggage. They had my son’s bed all set up with a clean sheet and even a baby blanket.
Breakfast was amazing with TONS of options. I didn’t have to worry about feeding my son.
It was clean too! Which I am extremely particular about. We felt safe and very welcomed by all.
I can’t suggest it more. Thank you Fairfield Tampa Riverview!"

"Easy access to the beach! Wonderful chairs to watch sunset!! Clean Omgoodness clean. Nice, updated. Outstanding kitchen with full size fridge. They did have laundry facilities. Friendly helpful staff! Perfect pool with nice chairs. Outside grill and patio area. Quiet and quaint! I loved it!!"

"Been coming to St. Pete Beach for 30 years! Favorite place we have ever stayed! Super clean, close to beach, great pool, rooms wonderful, walking distance to many restaurants and bars too! Matthew the owner was present and so pleasant! He went over and beyond to be sure everything was wonderful! We will do a hotel takeover and bring family and friends soon!! And Matthew is a Buckeye too!! Go Bucks!!
