"Booked to stay here for 2 nights after reading the reviews and we are so glad we did. From the moment we checked in and being greeted in the lounge with a drink and then being escorted to our room was such a nice touch. The grounds are beautiful and we wished we could have just stayed here for the 2 days and relaxed but we had plans in Knysna and Plettenberg. "The honeymoon room was good. Great views across the golf course. Breakfast was poor in comparison with all the others in South Africa. If the price is good then try to stay at Simola Hotel and golf course. Simola Hotel often reduce their prices right down in last few days, worth waiting."

"Great stay! The hotel seemed quite new. We had an issue where the air conditioning did not work but the staff were quick to bring a fan to our room. We didn't try the breakfast as the hotel was well located to access coffee shops and restaurants. Would recommend for a short trip for a location with great value for money. "
