"We had a great stay here. The rooms were updated and clean, staff were super accommodating and helpful - it was super easy to just shoot them a text if we needed anything. They have bikes available to use around town for free. The outdoor pool was small but fine. Breakfast at Ricky’s with our free vouchers was the perfect way to start each day, beats so many continental breakfasts at other hotels. Overall, a really great and comfortable experience and would recommend."

Room is clean even though not in the detail (behind bed / lockers). Awesome AC that cools down the room within minutes. The showers are NOT as displayed on Expedia (see pictures).They are a bit gross but cleaned daily so no hairs / paper towels on the floor after they cleaned. "We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was clean (especially the bathroom, which I greatly appreciate), and quiet. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good and the staff at the breakfast were excellent. They were constantly cleaning up tables, making sure the food was stocked. All in all, our stay at the hotel was fantastic. We will definitely stay there again when we go back to Kelowna."
