The staff was EXCEPTIONAL! They really went above and beyond in working with our group. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the room rate of $174. That's a bit much for the Waterloo area.

Our room was very pleasant, clean and odorless. The bed was extremely comfortable and a very quiet environment. The bathroom was very updated, and clean and well stocked.

Location was close to airport Elevator and lobby area chairs all VERY filthy dirty, room was clean but thin walls and not very private. A little more cleaning and attention to detail and would be a good stay for the money.

Excellent service, with a trifling quibble

I’ve made this mild complaint before: I wish the breakfast selections would vary a bit from day to day. We’ve stayed here several times, and will again, but I’m pretty tired of the same old breakfasts. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay.

Checked in after 3:00, was given room key, unloaded the car, got to the room only to find it hadn’t been cleaned. Returned to the front desk to be advised we’d have to wait until housekeeping could clean the room. Came back at 8:30 pm to find beds made, floor not vacuumed, bathroom floor and counter with hair on it…only two towels for 4 people. Just not impressed. Also a four floor hotel with one very slow elevator?!?!
