Made reservations through Hotels.com while visiting family, because storm knocked out power to their home. The hotel was ok, but not worth the price paid. Breakfast was practically worthless, since the only protein option was boiled eggs. Once power was restored to my family’s house, I had a very difficult time cancelling remaining two days of the reservation. Eventually they made it happen, but not without an extreme amount of effort. The gentlemen at the hotel desk tried hard and did his best, which I appreciate.
