We had a lovely one-night stay at House 41 while visiting Aylesbury Theatre. The room was spotless, warm and welcoming, making it a lovely place to relax after our evening out. Helen, the owner, was absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was freshly cooked, delicious and the perfect start to the day. We couldn’t fault our stay and would highly recommend House 41 to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. We would definitely return if we’re in the...

All was great

Lovely old building with smells of a proper English b&b

Lovely friendly ambience in the bar. Room was cosy & inviting. Absolutely love the ‘Bramley ‘ toiletries- make you feel pampered. Will definitely return , Thankyou.

Welcomed perfectly on arrival by a most informative and friendly 'butler' Room superb and great views of the grounds Bar was excellent and the many living rooms and library are excellent to enjoy and read in The grounds are outstanding and very well looked after Breakfast superb and complimentary cooked food for menu was done very well Coffee service to the room also very good

Nice hotel and had a lovely meal in restaurant. It was a bit noisy due to private party but that’s our issue due to going to sleep early! Good breakfast too.

Really good service from the team! Husband ran in the MK marathon and the team were super considerate about this! They also considered my comfort and provided us with extra pillows without asking because I am 9 months pregnant! Would definitely stay here again if husband ran again next year.

We were given a fanheater for our room but it was not really ideal given the low temperatures we had during the weekend. I had a treatment booked at the spa, again staff were using a fanheater to warm the room as it was really cold. I expected a variety of food items for breakfast but this wasn't the case, the breakfast range was very limited-no fresh fruits...

Brilliant helpful staff

Was a cosy stay and the view from the window was lovely to look out from waterside, beautiful !

Excellent choice for short stay. Excellent food and very comfortable and well equipped rooms. Will return.

Quality of the rooms and the building, free coffee 24 hours, restaurant

Great customer service from everyone here especially Sarah on the front desk who went above and beyond for us several times due to a mistake on Expedias part! Food was excellent and the lager and lime hit the spot! With help from an extra quilt even the bed settee was fine. The free breakfast is a no brainer, really excellent spread of hot and cold breakfast buffet.Defo stay again.
