"The staff was lovely. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is run down. peeling wallpaper, mildew in the bathroom, bathroom hook missing so no where to hang a towel. The bathroom light fixture was even partially pulled off the wall. My room only had a lamp on one of the bedside tables, and it flickered. When I arrived it looked like the room had been cleaned, but there were still hair balls on the floor."

"The facilities though are clean and in prime location in Domain. Room well kept. But
1. Poor lighting in the room. No ceiling lights at all in the bedroom or space between the bedrooms. Just desk lights.
2. Staff were unhelpful, and not interested. I told them my internet was not working. She said thats how it is and didnt provide alternatives.
3. They charge 5 dollars per bag to keep your bag after check out and breakfast is basic and all processed."

The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. I had no issues during my stay, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!"

Expedia said they’d have them call me last Friday. And they have not . This place steals your money."
