"The apartment was old, dirty, and poorly managed ( Platinum Pillow Management Service). It was located next to a main road where cars drive very fast. Crossing the street to take the bus was very dangerous since there was no traffic light. The parking lot outside the apartment was littered with garbage, and as soon as you walked inside, there was a foul smell. The two-bedroom apartment was spacious, but everything was old and worn out. "Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

Great location for visiting Oxford & Blenheim Pala

"Absolutely perfect for going to Blenheim Palace for a concert... there was a bus stop very close to the hotel...we parked in the hotel (£6 for 24hrs) and headed off. The buses aldo go into Oxford city centre, so perfect location. Good variety for breakfast, and interior tastefully done. Staff very helpfuland polite. Overall an excellent stay."

Mum and daughters pre wedding spa weekend.

"We came as a family, myself and 4 daughters for a pre wedding spa break. The rooms dl were very well appointed in the modern section of the hotel. We found the restaurant facilities to be of a high standard and the food was very good. It would have been nice to have waiter service for drinks when in the bar instead of having to queue at the bar but the cocktails were very good anyway so that made up for having to queue. The spa facilities were very nice and the treatments were very good. We would have liked a jacuzzi but it didn't spoil the experience.Great gardens for a early morning walk"
