Room had a very loud rumbling roaring sound, staff wouldn’t break up the party in the room next to us (slamming doors every 30 min, laughing and hollering in the hallways etc), bathtub was chipped, tub facet falling off wall, and there was no hot water. We ended up having to switch hotels 3 hours ...
