"I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day. While the breakfast options could have been a bit more varied, the quality was still good. Overall, it was a solid experience, and I would stay here again in the future."

"The carpet was very sticky on both sides of the bed. The bathroom door was broken. There were no towel racks or grab bars in the bathroom. The holes in the wall were stuffed with toilet paper. The biscuits were hard."

"Staff were amazing and extremely helpful. The hotel room needs major updating or fixing. The walls were all marked up with scuff marks, holes in the curtains. The bed was horrible and gave me back pains. Bathroom shower was terrible, the head needs to be replaced. Did not eat breakfast there so I can't say if that was good or not. "

"The hotel is in a great location right off the highway. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was clean. Our room was up against the ice machine so you heard it making noise all night. Got used to it, didn’t keep us up but it could have been on a different wall to avoid that. Breakfast was included and had a variety of foods. But the hot food wasn’t that great. Good bagels and yogurt. Plenty of parking but didn’t realize there was a parking fee for every day we were there. When booking the room I didn’t remember that $5 charge daily. It is one of the better hotels in Kannapolis so we might end up staying there again."

"We have stayed at other Quality Inns, this one was by far the nicest one.. some of them are literally "no tell motels" this one was definitel not.. the room was modern, clean, with miminul noise.. it was like a sample room.. the sheets where clean and white, the bed really did have a very comfortable pillow top.. the walls looked freshly painted.. the bathroom was spotless.. the people at the front desk were friendly and accommodating.. will be our go to the next time we are in the area."
