"Check in was easy Room was quiet and comfortable Several areas need better cleaning ie: bathroom doors areas around doorknobs on BOTH sides , wall areas around bathrooms. Towels were old worn grey and gros!! Upgrade of towels is necessary! Breakfast was adequate Staff pleasant"

"Quite place with great location in the middle of Midland. Hotel needs renovation. Curtains in the room have holes, unpleasant smell. Fridge didn't work properly. Hot tube was closed, shower curtain near the pool was too short and a drain didn't work properly to prevent running water around the pool (safety issue). Surprisingly great breakfast and coffee."

"A beautiful place to stay! The rooms are spacious and feel luxurious. I was upgraded to the newer portion of the building and enjoyed the pool and restaurant."

"Door was very damaged to our room, a huge dent and was very difficult to open. Sink counter was not stable. Holes in the bathroom wall where something had been ripped off wall. Shower floor cracked, leaking and squishy. Toilet paper holder BR ken, so TP was just left on the edge of the broken shower/tub. Not safe. I would advise against staying here."

"We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The rooms were comfortable, the food was delicious with plenty of options, and the amenities made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great vacation. We look forward to coming back 😀"

"Hosts were polite and kind. Breakfast was very good! Great location! Short walk to town and to the water was very nice. The room wasn't as clean as we would like. The one chair (antique) although period to the house, was not sturdy and therefore not usable. Did not like the shared bathroom. Also, bathtub could have been cleaner and better appointed."

"We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the clean room along with the amenities provided ...coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge, A/C, and comfortable bed. The location is excellent being steps away from the waterfront, restaurants, cafes and grocery store. A good place to stay that is fairly priced."

"Although it was off a major road, it was in a quiet area and very easy to access, with stores and a LCBO a few minutes walk. The pool was refreshing and clean and opened from 7 am to 10 pm. The breakfast buffet was appetizing with hot eggs, bacon & sausage, plus fruit, cereal, waffles, yogurt, toast & muffins, juice, milk, a fancy coffee machine, peamut butter, jam, etc. which they kept topped up from 7 to 10 am. Room was large and noise free with a dual heater/air conditioner and black out...

"1) Hotel needs lots of renovations. 2) Old AC unit and very loud. 3) There is a light in the mirror inside the room so it is useless. 4) All rooms doors won't close by itself and keep alarming all the time."
