"I'd always wanted to stay as I'd passed the hotel many times. First, parking -you have to pay. Underground is £25, overground £13.50. Not good. Receptionist helpfully told me to move car from underground to save money. Went to get light lunch on cafe/bar in foyer. Lots of staff milling about but ..."

"Lovely hotel, room spotless but a little bit tired considering what you pay. However a really good hotel and would not hesitate in staying again. Staff very helpful and super friendly. 25% off the NCP opposite which is needed as it’s a very pricing car park"
