"This hotel was not cleaned and falling apart. Our room was disgusting and the hotel was not safe. There were homeless people in the lobby and using the bathrooms inside the hotel. We ended up getting a refund and going to a different hotel."

"Who rated this hotel 9.8? No bellman all during stay. Room had no radio/clock, no pen or notepad, no room service menu or breakfast door hanger. It did have toilet tissue equal to a good Motel 6 and nicely black colored grout in shower. Free Wi-Fi only if you signed up for Hilton app. Breakfast not included, told "not at that price" by front desk supervisor. Asked valet how much parking was and was told "it depends on how busy hotel is", then pointed to sign $48. next day it was $42. I parked in garage around the corner and was told there was an elevator connecting it to hotel. Elevator was "out of order" during entire stay. But the worst was the three trains that went through downtown blowing their whistles. That did not lead to a pleasant night's sleep. When I worked for Hilton, they had regional managers that inspected their hotels on a regular basis. No one should rate this hotel highly!"

"Parking was great & even happier that it was free to park! Breakfast was ok, typical breakfast but nothing fancy. However it was nice that it was included. Room was fabulous!"

"It was an event night at yhe Casey Center. We arrived promptly at 3pm. We sre do glad we did because the parking lot for the hotel filled fast. Having talked eith guests who stayed in 2025. The close parking lot in front of the hotel was closed in March 2025 when they stayed. The line that formed at vheck in went rather fast. The gentleman who checked us in was all business and no personality. Which i think rubbed off on the other two workers as well. Hospitality was lacking at the first of contact. We were very thankful for Kevin who gave us a ride and picked us up from the Casey Center. Wonderful guy!! To great care of us! Lady in the elevator when leaving asked if we enjoyed our stay. She was friendly and gave mor Hospitality than the gal who checked us out. We didnt do the breakfast because an additional $50 to be allowed breakfast on site is uncalled for. We went to Ihop and had a delicious and less expensive meal option. Our room was comfortable. But is definitely starting to show age. From google info it looks like this site may be for sale or sold. But that doesnt excuse staff from offering a pleasant experience to guests. It wasnt just us ushered in and sent on our ways. Hospitality and customer serve lacking."

"This is the perfect location if you’re planning to attend anything at the Casey’s Center. Bar and outdoor patio were perfect for after the concert. Only downside is the beds were awful, hard as a rock."

"The room as advertised indicated it slept 5. This is false. With the way the photos looked, it appeared the room had a twin sleeper. The room fit 5, but we had to get an air mattress to make it work. The air mattress deflated in the middle of the night. So, if you have 5 people, be prepared to sleep on the floor. Otherwise, property is nice and clean."

"Checked in after a long time of driving, my bed didn’t even have a blanket on it and it had a dirty sheet. The pillowcases were clearly reused. I asked the front desk to get this rectified and she wasn’t sympathetic at all. Just OK we’ll get it fixed when we get it fixed and I was like well. I need a blanket on my bed. So eventually housekeeping came and I want to have a shower and the showerhead didn’t work plus there was no plug for the tub apparently since I booked through Expedia, it’s a third-party so nothing they could do. I complain to Expedia not all they did was offer me $10 which is a joke so I said forget about it. "
