The hotel staff claimed that was typical for this hotel but I’ve never had a hotel room without a curtain. We ended up hanging up a blanket so we could sleep. The pool also looks much bigger than it is from the photos. "

"Very friendly and attentive staff who were happy to store my bag and would say good morning and welcome me back by name, which was nice. I didn't spend much time in the hotel, but the room was clean and overall I had a fine experience. The room doesn't have a microwave, and there's no bottled water or water station, but I didn't find it to be a big deal. The location is decent and I felt safe enough returning at night, but I did keep the shades closed because my room was on a low floor visible from the street."
