"Very friendly staff, even at 12:30am. Our bathroom was a very tiny toilet+tub room with the sink in the main bed area, was ok for us, but would be impossible to get ready if one of you was still sleeping. Nice sheets, very tall beds. The condition issues were all just maintenance, cleanliness was good. The toilet paper holder and toiletry holders were both broken. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lakehouse! The whole experience was top notch and even with a slight mix up, they went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. It was a surprise stay for my wife's birthday. I reserved dinner at the restaurant in the hotel, Rose Tavern. The service and food was amazing! The front desk service was tremendous. I run a small business and I know what it takes to serve customers at a high standard.
The Lakehouse on Canandaigua Lake will be an expierience and stay to remember! Thank you for making my wifes stay so special!"
