"Staff was wonderful! Facilities are a bit worn. It has seen better days. The parking is weird, no place to park close enough to the front door. One of the elevators was not working so long wait to use the one that was working. Ice machines not on each floor and the one that was supposed to be on the 5th floor didn’t work. Definitely needs an upgrade but not a horrible place to stay. Room was clean but worn. I’d give it a 7/10 but 10/10 for staff."

"I had a great experience. It was the perfect location and the service was excellent as I waited for an early flight. The shuttle was perfect and the staff were so kind. The room was clean and comfortable and provided what I needed for the night."

"The building is old. There was nobody at the desk when we arrived at night. The check-in was done entirely in virtual (Zoom/Teams style video call). It took a couple of tryout to have the cards assigned to our room. But, look, for the price, that was okay. The lady in video chat was very nice. The room itself was clean. So, if you just need a room to sleep, that is more than okay for the price."
