"The refrigerator needed defrosting, I wasn’t able to store my diabetic supplies. (My insulin) During my whole stay, housekeeping never cleaned my room. I needed an iron and ironing board and they gave me a filthy ironing board. Absolutely no breakfast at all. I called the hotel ahead of time to ask if there was a shuttle to the airport and she said she didn’t know. Taxi and Uber were not available according to the front desk staff. I will never return to this place. EVER!!!"
"The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcome and comfortable. They were very accommodating by allowing my early check-in request. I appreciated the staff's willingness to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. "
"For what it is and how affordable the pricing was we honestly enjoyed our stay, the rooms are gated off with doors that you have to have your access key to enter. Our stay was very quiet and we felt safe. The room was clean and all the appliances worked just fine, if you are looking for a basic clean place to stay this is it. The room had all your basic furniture and appliances, couch, tables, stove, microwave, and more also had cooking pans and dishes as well as utensils. "
