we checked in on 11/8/25 the gentleman at the desk was the honest to goodness the nicest person i have ever met in my entire life . the room was clean and neat i couldn’t find one thing to complain about but what impressed me most was his friendliness i wished i could remember his name my son says ...

The Terrace at Lake Junaluska
