The room was clean and breakfast was great (included made-to-order omelets). The reason we chose this hotel was because of the pool and hot tub, but they were closed at the time. Would stay there again.

The pool was clean and the breakfast was excellent. The room was quiet even though we were right by the elevator. Overall my kids and I enjoyed our stay!

Elevator and pool broken not informed about the pool. Compensation was 10 dollars for candy. The whole time I was communicating with the hotel they made me feel like it was my mistake for booking with them. No offer of anything else. I dont think it should be my job to negotiate.with them over this ...
