"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Galos. Everything was perfect! Florencia greeted us upon arrival and mapped out an itinerary for us. She recommended Maleza restaurant which did not disappoint. Breakfast was included and had a nice variety and fresh eggs. The rooftop was a great addition. The view is fantastic and Pablo at the bar served great pisco sours. Felipe also provided us with some wonderful recommendations. The rooms were very clean and modern. The value for money cannot be beat....

We had a very generously proportioned room with a charming view of the city. The spa, especially the Japanese-style hot tub was a very welcome treat after climbing the many city staircases! "This was the best place I could have chosen for my week long visit to Valparaiso! Set atop a small hill a mile south of Sotomayor Square the guest house is in a more quiet neighborhood. This area is convenient for visiting the UNESCO areas, but much more peaceful and safe for walking around. The room (I chose #3) had a view of the garden/ courtyard and was always cool and comfortable even in the hot weather.
