"I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. We were told we could check into the rooms at 3:00PM. We came back to the front desk at 4:30Pm and 2 of the rooms still we not ready. Those 2 groups had to take less quality rooms on the top floors. When we came back to our the second night there was a large roach in the floor near the refrigerator i told the guy at the front desk about it and he gave me a card to the General Manager and said call her. I figured she would care as much about the customes as he did...

"Price of room should reflect property. At least you know what you get with cheap prices..I was afraid to sleep in bed in fear of getting lice,bed bugs, or scabes from unclean sheets, blankets, and pillows. "

"Looks like remodeling, going on. no alarm clocks n room WOODEN HOLLOW inexpensive doors on rooms, and bathroom . The beds were ok, curtains ok, floors n room ok. But the bathroom shower needs more updateD work done. No sink stopper SO RATED the room a 8 0ut of 10 ."

"This was a last minute one night day, so I was grateful that the hotel had availability. However, our non-smoking room smelled of thick smoke, the linens did not smell fresh and actually the towel looked so soiled the tank of the toilet was sitting a skew. Our smoke detector was on attached.I did not feel comfortable sleeping in the room. The hotel they give us fresh towels and linens to change our bedding. "

"Perfect location in the midst of Tanglewood Park. An arboretum is just outside the front door. The property is appropriately decorated in an early 20th century style and was immaculate. The room has older fixtures befitting the age of the property. Water pressure could be better and some necessities were initially in short supply but the management addressed this issue."

"All the staff treated us like their guests. They all were very kind , very polite , and showed genuine concern for our comfort. When in that area , we will stay there again."

"It was a horrible experience as the broken room door did not securely latch and therefore we and our belongings were not safe. Also, the phone in the room was not connected to an actual phone line because none existed. We immediately checked out and moved to another hotel."

"Stayed here for just a short time so didn't need to use laundry facilities, etc. Pros: In better condition than other places we have stayed in a similar price range. Nothing was worn or old (although a few handles were loose). The towels were impressively large and fluffy, and staff gave us an extra one, which was very nice. The fridge was sparkling clean and we were given a freshly cleaned shower curtain without asking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Cons: beds are very squishy, so...

"Breakfast there should be more options but everything else was great "
