"The door to the room was extremely heavy wouldn’t stay open even if pushed to its extreme. Made getting in and out with nothing in your hands difficult and almost impossible if you were carrying something"

"Everything was absolutely amazing! The sky train in right out front , I was shocked at how big the resort was . Clean rooms . The only negative was the check in staff, the lady that was checking us in had a HEAVY German accent and had to use google translate to understand her. You won’t be disappointed."

"Every aspect of service from staff was wonderful but hallways and elevators definitely needs improvement. Some rooms have ridiculously small closets and weirdly set up washrooms that’s why I had to be moved.Problem was resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. Breakfast as well as afternoon tea were wonderful. Dinner not so much with overcooked salmon and not enough proper dining tables. You have to sit at the low lounge tables."
