"The resort is well maintained and the staff are friendly and attentive! Our family had a great time in the pool area and loved the evening s'mores! The food was a little pricey, but tasted great with large portions. We had issues with the room TV not working and the shower leaking onto the bathroom floor. A manager offered to move our room and refunded some meals for our inconvenience."

"In the future I would not stay at this location or recommend this location. I booked a king bed - we got two queens which was not very comfortable. Our room was right next to the elevator- and the door was paper thin you can hear the ding of the elevator every several minutes. You can hear every step that someone makes in the hallway and above you. Also the additional charges are over the top. 20$ per day for parking, if you want to do laundry be prepared to pay a minimum of $13. As we checked...

"We woke up to a flooded room on March 8. We got our belongings and rushed out the door before it got worse. We had to wait (instead of going out and have fun with our family like planned) with all our stuff in the lobby for a new room. Stephanie finally did. We got moved back to second floor on opposite side of our flooded room. When we were all settled, it was an inconvenice that there was no hot water.
