"As others have said, the view is what makes this hotel. Great location - so close to all that’s Dillsboro and major roads to surrounding area. Peaceful. Room was spacious, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was basic, standard hotel breakfast fare, but the attendant was very helpful and attentive."
"Room was on the third floor. Hallway and room smelled musty. Was better once AC ran, and circulated the air a bit. WiFi, although free, was nonexistent in the room. Best signal was in the lobby across from the main desk.
Hotel was pretty clean...just smelled musty upstairs. Front desk folks were nice.
Parking lot is small. I was driving a truck while pulling an enclosed trailer. Only way to turn around is if there was no one in the parking lot. Have to back out to turn around."
"The bed was terrible! There was a hole worn on one side and my husband and I both had back aches from staying only two nights.
The front desk guy (Ramone) on Sunday stayed on his phone the entire time the young lady was working on breakfast, restocking, and check outs.
Breakfast was not up to par at all. The cereal was old, eggs cold, and the 24 hour coffee was hot water and decaf only."
