"Room (a/k/a house/condo/townhouse - don’t know how it is classified), was okay. Not going to say good or bad, just what I took note of. The gated parking is not for guests. Guests park on the street which is visible from house/condo/townhouse if you stretch your neck. You can enter from garage -that is in the alley. You can never park in front of the unit. Park on side street and walk past 9 units to the front door. Garage holds 2 small cars. If I’m allowed pics, I will submit them. Not allowed...

"The location is in the cutest part of Nashville close to Belmont. Plenty of restaurants/coffee shops in walking distance. Lots of people out and about.
The one hiccup we had was with a cleaning guy who literally blocked us out of the elevator and tried to shut the door on us. I’m like, we can ride with you dude. It’s okay.
But we lived our stay and would totally stay again. "

"This hotel was dingy and our room was honestly filthy. The sink faucet was broken(very hard to pull upward to put the water on) and when I asked what could be done I was told that I had to stay in the same room. The carpet floor was sticky by the counter area in the room. There was bodily substances on the mattress. The a/c unit had white substance all of it. The room wouldn’t cool down below 70. In 84 100% humidity Nashville weather it was miserable to sleep. I would NEVER recommend this hotel...
