"Spacious, clean room. Took a second to figure out the AC/heater, but it worked well! The staff was very kind and welcoming. The area always seemed quiet and safe with even using your room key to open the door to the building. Nice walking distance to a lot of things. We didn’t get a chance to eat the complimentary breakfast, but I’m sure it was great. The rooftop terrace was icing on the cake and a special added bonus. Loved our stay here!"

"My wife and I stay at this hotel every 3-4 months when we visit NYC. Marvin (General Manager) and his entire team are fabulous. They are so nice to their customers, offer advice on places to visit, restaurants to eat at, etc., and they work to get guests into very nice rooms quickly.
