Khách sạn Weißenbach

"Hotel reception staff made it slightly complicated and unwelcoming experience. Staff did try to help but made me feel that as i have booked with Expedia hence they can not help us and suggested to book directly with hotel. Location is okay not brilliant. This hotel can do a lot better if customers relationship is kept on focus. Some staff members were very helpful. Breakfast and restaurant staff was amazing Spa facilities were great. Location of this hotel is okay."

"Close to shopping. River view was lovely."

"Great restaurant at the hotel"

"Amazing place"

"Gorgeous location, with the most beautiful of surroundings. Hotel pool was lovely and the whole place is very family friendly. We ate in the hotel once. It’s a set menu with a choice of 3 mains, salad buffet to start and dessert off the buffet too. Children get no choice but it was fine as it was pasta (off the buffet) so all good. There are restaurants within walking distance to try anyway. Rooms are clean and the bathrooms nicely done. No AC and despite being out of the heat wave the bedroom...

"Very clean house. Beautiful place."

"I have rarely left a poor review, but this is advertised as a “Bed and Breakfast”, however, the breakfast is not provided, unless you pay €20 EACH! The property is in a prime spot right by Hallstatter Lake, but the rooms are very dated. We had no amenities in our room, besides hand soap. There was no hot pot for tea, and the towel holder was wet with rust; the towel in turn became soiled on contact. Then there was the parking fee, which we were aware of needing to be paid, BUT… the host and the...

"We stayed one night to visit Halstatt. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and functional. Delicious breakfast. We had a car and the free parking was a two minute walk. There’s a pizzeria next door for dining options. The beds were comfortable and the AC was a great bonus. Thank you"

"Die Hotelgarage ist so eng, dass größere Autos nicht einparken können. Wir wollten um 23:05 einen Drink an der Hotelbar, die bis 24 geöffnet hat, bestellen und wurden abgewiesen. Sehr schön ist der Pool im Dachgeschoss. Die Zimmer sind schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Glastüre zur Toilette ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig."

"Super clean apartment, owners were vety nice and helpful. There was everything we needed. Little kitchen was cude. We would only need to open it a bit earlier. ( it is closed 22.00-8.30 ). Supermarkets are nerby. All surounded by beautiful mountains."

"Very comfortable and clean. The owner was very helpful. Definitely will recommend this place to anyone!"

"If you’re looking for affordable accommodation close to Hallstatt without paying Hallstatt prices, JUFA Hotel Altaussee is a reasonable choice, particularly for families with children. The location is excellent, surrounded by beautiful scenery, and the hotel offers good family-friendly facilities. (JUFA Hotels) That said, manage your expectations. The rooms are clean but very basic, and on the small side. They are perfectly adequate for a short stay but lack the comfort and character you...

"The Hallstatt Hideaway is a beautiful spot. We stayed in a room located on the mountain with a beautiful view of the lake. The room was large but cozy, and came with a few drinks stocked. Communication was easy through WhatsApp to arrange sauna time, check-in, and checkout."

"The hotel room was spacious with balcony, with view of the forest. However, there was no hot water for showering on the night we arrived. It was at 8:30 pm, so I went to the reception desk since the letter that we were given during check in earlier that night stated that the front desk was staffed till 9:00 pm. There was nobody there. We called their service number and spoke with the lady owner who said that they would send their "colleague" who lived in the building that night. Nobody...
