"I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location was perfect—just a short walk from major attractions and public transport. The room was clean, comfortable, and stylishly furnished. Staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel very welcome. I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Vienna!"

"Reception was a little tricky to find. Room was small but worked, location was excellent. Bus 13a framed you from main train station to hotel at the end of the line. Tram was right outside the front door to get you to the center. So location was excellent.,"

"Posizione centralissima sia per gli spostamenti urbani che per lo shopping situata nella zona pedonale che collega l'opera di Vienna con la cattedrale di santo Stefano lungo un percorso pedonale. Dotata di macchina espresso Nescafe nella stanza e acqua in bottiglia disponibile nel corridoio in comune. Check-in di semplice utilizzo. Ampia stanza. Probabilmente la tipologia confort da me prenotata non affaccia sulla strada ma è molto silenziosa. "

"Lovely boutique hotel right in the heart of old town Vienna. Perfect location, lovely rooms, clean facilities, lovely breakfast. Staff was super friendly. Highly recommend and will definitely return! "

"Sembra uscito dagli anni ’50, un hotel perfetto per l’atmosfera che cercavamo a Vienna. Stile antico ma molto curato e confortevole. Nonostante il freddo, la stanza era caldissima, il letto comodo e la camera e il bagno pulitissimi. Anche la colazione era piuttosto soddisfacente. Non c’è reception h24, ma siamo stati accolti bene al nostro arrivo. Si potrebbe però pensare di mettere dell’acqua gratuita nelle stanze, l’acqua a pagamento non è una buona idea. "Een relatief eenvoudig maar daarom zeer betaalbaar hotel met hele vriendelijke mensen, een goed restaurant, een gezellige bar met in de directe omgeving diverse winkels en restaurants en perfecte aansluiting op het openbaar vervoer. Ik was hier al zeer vaak en blijf terugkomen!"
