The area isn’t particularly attractive and is out of the city centre, but the U-Bahn station is only 5 minutes walk away with three lines taking you to Marienplatz or Hauptbahnhof in under 15 minutes. BMW World and the Olympic Park are only two stops away. Certainly worth the compromise on area to get accommodation of this standard at a bargain price. Highly recommended."

"Hotel ist i.O. für Businessreisen aber für Urlaub zu weit ab vom Schuss. Umgebung ist sehr laut. Gegenüber leben hunderte ( nennen wir sie Gastarbeiter) die streunen in der Umgebung rum und machen die ganze Nacht Lärm. Heute Morgen kam um 6:30 ein besoffener Nafri ins Hotel und pöbelte rum. Zum Dank bekam er von den Angeszellten noch eine Tasse Kaffee und man lies Ihn zwischen den frühstückenden Gästen rumtokeln. Irgendwo ist auch mal gut. "

"Wauw a great place. Instead of a classic hotel room, we got a mini-apartment at Timehouse. The staff is very friendly, the place is clean and it is great with a little kitchen for a quick breakfast or dining in (take-away or frozen pizza). Located near green areas for our dog, who also enjoyed the stay. Easy to get into Altstadt via car or public transport. Will stay here again!"

"So great, don’t hesitate. I think this will be the nicest most affordable and fun little studio apartment I’ll ever stay in. Everything was spotless and new. I made full use of the little kitchenette and I really loved the Brazilian themed decor. It’s a very close walk over the Danube River to the Ulm cathedral/center of town. During the check-in, the front desk man Lucas was friendly knowledgeable and spoke perfect English. Gustavo was great at check out. I’d definitely stay here again!"
