"Too many noise. Impossible to sleep. Many children in the corridor."

"We were greeted by a great service by Sabrina! She was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the questions we presented. She was an excellent staff! Even the ladies from the kitchen were amazing. Sabrina you are a gem🙏"

"Friendly staff and a quiet convenient location just outside Strasbourg."

"Enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Ratz! Air conditioned room was very comfortable and the staff was very professional and nice. You order what you would like for the included breakfast from a form when you check in and select a breakfast time. It is all prepared accordingly when you come to the dining area at the specified time in an efficient manner for your days activities! Would definitely stay here again."

"Prima"

"Very good access into the city via tram."

"Stayed here recently and had mixed feelings. The cleaning staff were genuinely nice, but the rest of the staff weren’t very friendly, and a few interactions came across as a bit sarcastic. Be warned: rooms are only cleaned every 3 days, so you can easily run out of toilet paper and towels in between. I’m not sure how this qualifies as a 4-star hotel without daily cleaning. On top of that, the hair dryer in my room didn’t work. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and I slept well each...

"Everything perfect!"

"It was very easy to check in and out and it was located right by a bus station which made it easy to commute around during our stay!"

"Sehr schöne Klosteranlage mit angeschlossenem Hotel. Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber.
