"The room was clean. Very good location. Could not sleep at all as the room was too hot. Asked if it could be cooler. Nothing happened. Had to sleep on top of bedding. Window barely cracks. No ventilation. Felt like I was suffocating. Was only 15 c outside so I can’t imagine summer. Would be fine if you like to sleep at 26c."

"The location was very convenient if you are travelling by train. The room was small and lacking any comfort. The bed was against a wall so making it difficult to get out for older couples. The lighting was poor so that it was difficult to read a book, on one side there was no light at all. No kettle in the room and no cups so we could not make a hot drink."

Sitting, watching the river, especially as the light faded and the fortress lit up in the evening was so lovely. Even in the mornings when there was misty fog the view was stunning. The location was perfect for my needs, with the things I wanted to see in easy walking distance from the hotel. Having a row of restaurants right beside the...

"Premises in 2 buildings 200 m apart. Reception and better accommodation (I presume) in one, remainder in the other. Staff members all appear to be English speaking and of Indian origin. Reception staffed by at least 3 people who claimed to have received only 1 day training in the job. Communication and Reception skills very limited. Breakfast bar reasonable but limited in variety. On the last day of our stay the lift in the accommodation building failed. No persons on board but suitcases and 5...

"Saubere Zimmer.

Saubere Zimmer, gepflegtes Treppenhaus. Nette, geduldige Mitarbeiter erfüllen jeden Wunsch. Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Immer wieder."
