"The staff were very welcoming when we arrived. Our room had a balcony and river view, which was fantastic. We did have a slow-draining sink, but the staff fixed it right away. Having free coffee and tea on each floor in the morning was a real treat. The walkway by the water and short walk into town was a great benefit as well. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in the area."

"The carpets were "taped" where they needed repairs, looked tacky. Wish we would of have been able to charge to our rooms. Beautiful view ruin but reservations we not correct (2 reservations) which required us to move rooms for the last night."

"location was great. The room had troubles, shower handle fell off, the john seat was very bad, shower mat ripped up and the heat/air either was on 77 or 52 couldn't change. maintance came said couldn't fix parts have been on order for months?"
