"Downside was no hot water in bathroom sink. Room was small but comfortable.
On the nite we got there a man showed us our room and asked us not to eat on the bed ,they dont want stains. Like what?!
Otherwise it was ok for the price."

"Fabulous experience. We had a beautiful room, with many lovely little extras such access to balcony, snacks and beverages. Many streaming options for TV. The lovely old home (circa 1850) was very quiet. Kimmie was terrific, offering a homemade breakfast. Highly recommended."

"We stayed here because we were intrigued about the history of the house . We also thought having an upscale restaurant on the property was great as we didn’t have to look for a place to eat. The breakfast was one of the best that we have had at a bed and breakfast hotel . Excellent food and venue!! The gardens are very nice too!"

"If you are coming to Hamilton stay here. The owners, Gwyn and Ken, are lovely. Gwyn will do anything within reason to make your stay more comfortable and Ken prepares an amazing and delicious breakfast every morning. The rooms are comfortable and even have light over the bed that you can read with. An absolutely delightful place to stay."
