"DO NOT stay at this hotel. The staff are alternately rude to your face, or cooperative to your face and dismissive of all concerns. I was double-charged. I had a legitimate reservation made on Expedia that the clerk never identified at check-in. I was charged for another reservation that I never made, and then charged again as a no-show on my proper Expedia reservation. Despite providing evidence that I had only made one reservation (on Expedia), the hotel still refuses to refund the double charge overcharge almost two weeks since checkout. Worst experience ever in 30 years of traveling for business and vacations. STAY AWAY from this hotel at all costs. Read other reviews online where people similarly comment on erroneous financial charges and rude staff. They are correct."
