There wasn’t much an apology from the manager but her frustration towards the other tenants who made the mistake and her cleaners who probably left apartment A unlocked. "Nice, clean, spacious apartment, in a central location on Mt. Buller. Close to all shops and restaurants, and also to Mt. Buller Ski School. The snow was amazing, allowing us to ski in/ ski out this season. Would definitely consider staying here again.
