"Its a beautiful location with an easy 10-15min walk into the cafes / Hotel. A 25min drive to Lakes Entrance where we had the most fresh fish & chips, straight off the boats. The only negative was the property emails and txts which seems very cold with all the warnings of how much you will be charged for damagez or breakages. Must be during summer they get party goes in. "

There wasn’t much an apology from the manager but her frustration towards the other tenants who made the mistake and her cleaners who probably left apartment A unlocked. The manager couldn’t reach her cleaners so she asked the tenants who made the mistake to rectify their mistakes by changing the linen. We were not happy with the service but were told that there’s essentially no difference whether...
