"The beds and the AC unit is about the only thing we can complain about. To elaborate, the beds felt like and inch or 2 of foam followed by plywood, probably the least comfortable bed we have slept on. The AC, the rooms felt damp and warm, though the thermostate stated 70 deg, no way it was 70. More ..."

"The room was comfortable and provided everything we needed. The elevator door didn't always close which we heard many people mention. The front desk had no response. I also had called 6 times the day before hoping to ask for an early check in but no one ever answered."
