"Upon arriving the staff was friendly and they actually even upgraded my room to a bigger one. Everything about the room was great from the spaciousness, to the comfortable beds, and modern look to the room. Not to mention the very convenient medium sized fridge/freezer, mini stove and other amenities . The only thing I will say though that did us the most dirty was that my vehicle along with 9 to 10 other peoples vehicle was broken into… All of our passenger back seat windows were shattered.....

"Staff was arrogant, we did not receive room service as requested, breakfast was stale, manager attempted to inflate cost from my initial reservation amount. Additionally, Expedia customer service was not helpful. Overall experience terrible!"

"Fairly new hotel, so the bar is not really function nor is the restaurant that is advertised. However, I did enjoy the free wine and beer offered as an alternative. Parking was easy, I had the option of valet or self park. The elevators go right to the garage. The room was nice had a balcony but no view. Pretty decent overall. "

"Had a great stay at East Austin Hotel. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite from start to finish. They even helped me with my luggage after checkout, which I really appreciated. The restrooms and overall property were very clean, and the location was perfect with everything nearby. The whole area felt welcoming and easy to get around.
