"The room appeared to have previously suffered water damage. The curtains were brown water stained. The bathroom wall and ceiling has some type of stuff on it that looked like boogers or something it was disgusting. The TV in the bedroom was shattered and did not work. "Came for UT orientation. Easy access off Hwy 35 and straight shot to campus. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was good. Room was cleaned and property was well maintained. Only down fall the bed was a little too firm for my taste. But that is my opinion. Will stay here again to visit."

"Was a last minute decision. I was very satisfied with the pricing, cleanliness, hot water, comfy bed......but,,,, the breakfast was the worst ive ever experienced at an IHG property. No selection very minimal choices, crappy eggs no fruit and definitely not the IHG standards that I have become accustomed to. I threw away 90% of my plate. On a final positive thought, Coffee machine was excellent though."

"Would have liked the restroom to to not have hair on the floor. The toilet was not working and they fixed it promptly. There was still a leak though. Overall the place was decent to lay head down for a few hours before getting back on the road. Staff were prompt when I expressed there was an issue with the toilet."
