"Dirty, gross, guy at the desk walks around with no shoes or socks everywhere. It smells like death. Look at mattress with no sheets and you'll leave"

"This property is in a sad state of decline...wouldn't recommend to my worst friend"

"It is hard to find the bathroom light switch in the dark. An easy fix, but not a great greeting after a long trip. The room was clean but an extra blanket would be nice. I would suggest that you use the word "precisely....at 8:30." "For the price, it was very surprising the breakfast only had prepackaged items plus waffle iron. Occasionally will have hard-boiled eggs but not guaranteed. "Terrible. Small and very unclean"

"Fine Best Western up to it’s good standards"

"Very convenient location for college visit."
