Parking was great. The cleanliness and up keep can be greatly improved. Sidewalks and parking lots are full of debris, items that can be easily swept up. I have stayed here twice, 8 years apart, and both times it was clean, had everything I needed, and was sensibly priced. One can get newer and fancier in Yuma at twice the price, but for what it offers at the price, La Fuente is hard to beat. It also has a nice, lush courtyard.

Mattress’s may need to be updated due to stains. Carpet was sticky and needs a good cleaning. Better cleaning under the beds. Updates including a newer tv would be ideal.
