"Seriously unimpressed by the lack of help and assistance from the host to cancel, with nearly a weeks notice prior to our intended stay. We also found that some of the information provided on the property listing at the time of booking to be somewhat questionable, suggesting a cabin size of 215 sq ft and containing a bathroom, which we now understand relates to facilities in a separate building on the property. We will not be booking again."

"The pictures of the property presented a cozy looking what it turned out to be was a drab, dirty and far from cozy place. The bedding was old, though seemed clean. The lights in the kitchen didn't work very well making the area dark. The show door handle was broken and there wasn't any hot water. The drainage from the show was slow that I had to turn the shower off midway through to let it drain to stop it from overflowing and flooding the room. I wasn't able to use the hotter due to the...
