"The property is a bit dated but the kindness of the staff and the INCREDIBLE views won me over. "Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt, vor allem dank des super freundlichen und aufmerksamen Personals. Der Service war durchweg hervorragend – man wurde stets herzlich empfangen und gut betreut, was definitiv zum Wohlfühlfaktor beigetragen hat.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Frühstück: Es war wirklich ausgezeichnet – sehr lecker, frisch und mit einer großen Auswahl. Genau so wünscht man sich den Start in den Tag.

"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition.
The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"
