"We had a wonderful stay! The area is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the cabin was cozy, comfortable, and perfect for a couple. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. We didn’t use the hot tub because we spent our time relaxing at the Pagosa hot springs resort instead. We only saw the staff once when we arrived, but we were busy exploring the area and didn’t need anything during our stay. "We has a wonderful stay at this B&B to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Close to hot springs and hiking trails in a beautiful quiet location. Staff are attentive and make a delicious home cooked breakfast!"

"Staff was excellent and very friendly and personable. Building needs upkeep. An ac unit for the building would be nice. It has an indoor pool and hot and without a working hvac system the entire building felt like a sauna."

"The property overall was nice. Our room was in The Classic building. Our room had a really strong sulfur smell at night. We know that hot springs have that smell but it was WAY worse in our room than even the outside air! It was so bad at 4am that it woke me up. Had we returned earlier in the evening (we didn’t get back until midnight), I would have asked for a different room. The room was also very dated & not worth the price. We were very disappointed. We also didn’t have a great experience...
