"Great experience "

"This stay was a bit Jekyll & Hyde... The property and location were wonderful. The staff was friendly and somewhat helpful. The room, however nice, was not clean. We literally had to go out and purchase Lysol wipes and clean our own bathroom, We made the front desk aware and their response was kind and understanding. However, we were promised a reduced rate for the trouble and did not receive it (I called the front desk 4 times since receiving my final bill and couldn't get anyone on the phone). There was no soap in the shower dispenser and no toilet paper (had to go track it down from housekeeping). The restaurant on property was beautiful and the views were amazing at sunset, but the food fell flat. This hotel has all the potential in the world but if housekeeping and staff are going to fumble the small things, it will diminish its ability to thrive."

"The ac did not work they canceled my room before I even got there to pay the guy that was working was rude as heck when checking out I had to ask a few times for a receipt for the deposit and had to go back and ask for one for the room will not stay here again"

"...the gma.was very rude to me .....i had a leak in my first room I payed for ....and they eventually get me another room .but once I got into that room TV wasn't cutting on ...and I thought maybe it was plugged in so I moved it a little to see and the whole dresser ....fell apart on me she charged my card saying that I broke the stand and that ...it wasn't fixable ..when I decide to zomw ro check out she told me that they were able to put the ...dresser back together...and she ended up telling me that I wouldn't have to pay because ..it wasn't broke ...."

"Great room, easy checkin, easy parking, safe area. Breakfast was disappointingly sparse but expected that. Coffee was good."
