"Expérience éprouvante. Arrivée sur place, je constate que la réservation n'a pas été prise en compte. De facto, la chambre n'a pas été préparée. La chambre qui nous est finalement attribuée a une salle de bain inutilisable car l'eau stagne, pour cause je constate que le siphon est obstrué par de la saleté... L'accès a internet aléatoire. Pas d'eau chaude disponible... Le personnel présent, Josaphat a été très attentionné malgré tout et a fait tout son possible pour rendre ce séjour agréable."

Shamsa was an angel & so were the team. The restaurant stayed open later just for us to eat when we arrived. The food was great. The driver was nice and helpful. The kitchen staff were so pleasant. Everything was clean and tidy. It was a 10/10 in everything."
